In 1995, Ramil founded Clas Care Home Health Care Staffing, a company committed to delivering high-quality staffing solutions for the healthcare industry. His leadership has guided the company’s growth for over 25 years. In 2020, he expanded his impact in the healthcare sector by founding Hugs Health, a licensed Health Care Aide training program dedicated to preparing the next generation of compassionate healthcare professionals.
